Terms of Service

Effective date: May 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of PDF Compressor. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

About PDF Compressor

PDF Compressor is an iOS app for compressing PDFs, signing PDFs, merging PDFs, combining JPEG images into PDFs, exporting PDF pages as JPEG images, and saving or sharing processed files. Document processing is intended to happen on device.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the PDFs, JPEG images, signatures, and exported files you process with PDF Compressor. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to process and share any files you use with the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PDF Compressor to process or share illegal content, infringe someone else’s rights, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or App Store rules.

Purchases

PDF Compressor may offer paid features through Apple in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment, refund, and App Store terms.

If a purchase is available as a lifetime unlock, that unlock applies to the supported PDF Compressor features described in the app at the time of purchase, subject to ongoing compatibility with Apple platforms and App Store requirements.

File Safety

PDF compression and conversion can reduce quality or change file characteristics. Compression may render pages into image-backed PDF pages and may remove selectable text, annotations, forms, links, metadata, and layers. Keep backups of important files before replacing or deleting originals. PDF Compressor is not responsible for lost files, reduced quality, or user actions such as deleting original files.

Availability

PDF Compressor may change, remove, or update features over time. Some features depend on iOS, device hardware, available storage, file format support, and Apple frameworks.

No Warranty

PDF Compressor is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Compressor’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, files, profits, or device functionality arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated when PDF Compressor changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
