These Terms of Service govern your use of PDF Watermarker. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
About PDF Watermarker
PDF Watermarker is an iOS app for adding visible text watermarks to PDF files and exporting watermarked copies. PDF processing is intended to happen on device.
Your Content
You keep all rights to the PDF files and exported documents you process with PDF Watermarker. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to process, mark, save, and share any document you use with the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PDF Watermarker to process or share illegal content, infringe someone else’s rights, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or App Store rules.
Purchases
PDF Watermarker is sold as a paid app through the App Store. Purchases, refunds, taxes, and billing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and App Store terms.
File Safety
PDF Watermarker creates a new watermarked copy and is designed to leave the original PDF unchanged. Keep backups of important files before deleting originals or exported copies. PDF Watermarker is not responsible for lost documents, user deletion, sharing mistakes, or decisions made by recipients of a watermarked document.
Availability
PDF Watermarker may change, remove, or update features over time. Some features depend on iOS, device hardware, available storage, PDF compatibility, and Apple frameworks.
No Warranty
PDF Watermarker is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Watermarker’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, documents, profits, or device functionality arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated when PDF Watermarker changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
